WONN National has adopted a policy of "Membership by Invitation Only." This means that every new Member who joins the Club must be sponsored by, and receive an invitation from, a Member of our Club. This prideful tradition ensures all of our New Members become Sisters that will enhance our Membership roster and the camaraderie of our Club. WONN's most valuable asset is its Membership. "Membership by Invitation" is the instrument by which we safeguard the quality and compatibility of our Membership. Along with the honor and significance that "Membership by Invitation" bestows upon our Club, comes a responsibility.for each member to take to "heart" the promotion and growth of her fellow businesswoman, personally and professionally. And each Member is asked to participate in the Invitation process, so there will always be qualified candidates to fill the vacancies that will naturally occur when Members must retire from our Club.

Each Local WONN 100 Chapter is a category-exclusive Sisterhood of 100 successful women executives whose mission is to grow ourselves, our businesses, and the businesses of our Sisters & Friends in a supportive, dynamic environment. The WONN 100 Sister is very serious about the growth of her business and has a heart to promote and ensure the growth of her fellow businesswoman, personally and professionally.

WONMillion Membership

WONMillion will be newly launched in January 2013. WONMillion Membership is the premier membership organization for women executives of privately held, multi-million dollar companies. Each WONMillion chapter is "Membership by Invitation Only" and consists of 30 member collaborative peer-learning groups. The peer-learning groups are category-exclusive and support the advancement of women entrepreneurs in all industries. WONMillion accelerates business growth, enhances competitiveness, and promotes economic security. It is the ultimate destination for successful women executives.

WONMillion members address both strategic and operational issues focusing on financial concerns, organizational development, hiring and firing and other issues defined by chapter members, to drive their businesses to the next level.
